In Honors Physics at Gonzaga, students are studying the range of an object in projectile motion. Range is the horizontal distance the object travels. Students measured the range of a Nerf Stomp Rocket when launched at 30 degrees, 45 degrees and 60 degrees. They then calculated the range for each angle and compared this to their experimental data.
